The use of Grand-Adventures.com, doing business as Grand Adventures Tours, is conditional. All customers accept the terms and conditions without change.
The use of Grand-Adventures.com constructs an agreement and understanding to our terms of use.
The content of Grand-Adventures.com can change at anytime for any reason.
The price on all Grand Canyon tours does’t include promotional items such as t-shirts, CD’s, or any other tangible good. Anyone receiving a discount can be ineligible for promotional items.
Grand Adventures will not be held liable for any inaccuracies on our website. We make warranties or reps about the content on our website.
The content in this website is the property of Grand-Adventures.com, Inc.
We check the weather forecast each day to make sure that the weather is clement. Grand Adventures will cancel the tours if there is inclement weather at the Grand Canyon. We will make our best effort to reschedule everyone but guarantee a 100% refund if we cannot reschedule our customers.
Grand Adventures defines INCLEMENT WEATHER as “zero visibility” at the Grand Canyon or dangerous road and weather conditions. We do not define “inclement weather” as (1) imperfect conditions that can impede or alter a tour (2) partial visibility at the Grand Canyon.
Grand Adventures grants limited permission to use the content on Grand-Adventures.com. We do not grant permission to tour agents, brokers, operators, or anyone in direct competition with us. “Content” includes our images, likeness, texts, and photographs on our website and marketing campaigns.
Grand Adventures reserves the right to alter or change any aspect of the tour without notice to our customers. These changes are not false advertising. Rather, the company exercising its right to change or alter a tour without notice to our customers.
We will remove all customers from the tour if they behave in a way that offends and effects the experience of other guests. Customers are not eligible for a refund if we remove them for poor behavior. They will have to find their own transportation back to Las Vegas too.
Grand Adventures is not responsible for any property left behind or stolen. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure they have all of their property when we drop them off. Grand Adventures will make every effort to find and return any property that is left behind.
