Refund Policy
FULL REFUNDS for cancellations up to 48 hours before your tour departure time.
We will issue a full refund WITHIN 48 hours if we have customers on our waiting list and can rebook your seats.
We will not offer refunds for “no-shows” and will charge the full price of the tour.
All bookings cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled tour date are not eligible for refunds. You can apply this cancellation as a credit towards future tours though.
There are no fees to charge or alter your tour dates, pickup locations, or hotels.
Grand Adventures will refund 100% of the money for all tours that they cancel due to inclement weather or for any reason up to the scheduled tour departure time.
Pickup Location & Reservations
Please make sure you are at the correct pickup location described in your eticket. We have the most detailed pickup instructions of all tour operators in Las Vegas. We unfortunately have to charge full fare for “no shows”. The tour guide will wait and do their best to find you but please be on time and at the right pickup location.
Grand Adventures will send you a reservation confirmation to the email address provided to us on your booking form within TWO HOURS. You can contact us at cs@grand-adventures.com or 1-800-618-0744 if you do not get one immediately. They sometimes wander into your spam boxes too so please check there to see if it is hiding from you.
Please do not show up drunk or under the influence of drugs. Las Vegas is already crazy enough. Grand Adventures will not issue refunds to customers refused service because they appear to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol. We cannot be liable for those who are unable to care for themselves or behave in such a way that it disrupts other customers.
We will not issue refunds to any individuals who must be left at any park because of poor conduct or behavior that disrupts the pleasure of other customers, including foul language. It will be the customer’s responsibility to arrange alternate return transportation at their own expense should they act in such a way that causes them to be ejected from the tour.
Change & Alter Tours
Grand Adventures reserves the right to change or alter any aspect tour for any reason and without notice. These changes are not false advertising, rather the company exercising its full right to change or alter a tour without notice. These changes always pertain to customer safety due to road conditions or weather.
Travelers who behave in such a way that it offends the tour guide and/or other guests can be ejected from the tour. Travelers ejected for behavior will not be subject to a refund. They will also have to find their own transportation back to Las Vegas. Luckily, this has only happened to four guests in our amazing, Grand Canyon tour history!
We reserve the right to change, alter, or cancel any tour because of inclimate or unsafe weather conditions or at the request of the regulating park service where the tour is conducted.
Grand Adventures is not responsible for property lost, stolen, or left behind. Please make sure you keep track of your property and be responsible for it. We will make every effort to mail or meet you to give your property back.
